Who we are
AMZM is a trading name of DRAUR LTD (company number 11406197, registered in England and Wales), registered office 11 Ascot Close, Ilford, England, IG6 3AE ("we"). We operate amzm.co.uk and the AMZM Browser Connector extension and are the data controller for the personal data described below. Contact: support@amzm.co.uk.
What we collect
- Account data: email address, name and avatar if you sign in with Google, and your password hash if you use email sign-in.
- Billing data: plan, subscription status and invoices. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
- Monitoring data: the ASINs and marketplaces you track, the listing snapshots and changes we detect, your alert rules and notification settings.
- Technical data: service logs such as request time, IP address and errors, kept for security and debugging.
Browser Connector extension
- Runs on Amazon product pages you open yourself, on amzm.co.uk to pair with your account, and once a day loads the product pages of the ASINs you track, in the background, using your browser's normal Amazon session. You can turn the daily check off in the extension.
- Reads only the visible listing details of that page: ASIN, title, price, rating, review count, Best Sellers Rank, image and video count, A+ content, stock status, Buy Box seller and bullet points. It sends these with your pairing token to AMZM.
- It does not read, copy or send your Amazon password, cookies, browsing history, orders, or any page other than product pages. Your cookies stay in Chrome.
- Uninstalling it, or choosing Re-pair in your dashboard, stops all collection.
Why we use it (legal basis)
- To provide the service you signed up for, including scans, alerts, digests and billing (contract).
- To keep AMZM secure and fix problems (legitimate interests).
- To meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Stripe: payments and invoices.
- Firecrawl: fetches public Amazon product pages for scheduled scans. It receives only product URLs, never your personal data.
- OpenAI: generates AI insights from listing data. It does not receive your account details.
- Resend: sends alert and digest emails.
- Google: handles sign-in, if you choose "Continue with Google".
Some providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep account and monitoring data while your account is open. Deleting your account in Profile settings removes your account, tracked ASINs, snapshots, alerts and extension pairings. Billing records are kept for as long as tax law requires, typically 6 years. Service logs are kept only as long as needed for security and debugging.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, and EU GDPR where it applies, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, and you can object to or restrict how we process it. Email support@amzm.co.uk. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
We only use the storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Changes
We will post updates here and email you about material changes. See also our Terms of Service.
