Terms of service

1. The service

AMZM is a trading name of DRAUR LTD (company number 11406197, registered in England and Wales), registered office 11 Ascot Close, Ilford, England, IG6 3AE. AMZM monitors publicly visible Amazon product listings you choose to track (price, stock, Best Sellers Rank, rating, reviews, images and content) and reports changes, alerts and AI-generated suggestions. By creating an account or using AMZM you agree to these terms.

2. Not affiliated with Amazon

AMZM is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Amazon and related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates and are used only to describe the marketplaces AMZM monitors.

3. How data is collected

• Scheduled scans run on AMZM's servers and read only publicly available product pages, without signing in to any Amazon account. Scans run at most once a day per listing.
• The optional Browser Connector extension only reads product pages you open yourself. It never browses Amazon on its own, and never reads your Amazon password, cookies or order history.
• Listing data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong because Amazon pages change, differ by location, or are temporarily unavailable. Check important figures on Amazon before acting on them.

4. Your account and acceptable use

• Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Use AMZM for monitoring your own and competing listings for your business. Do not resell or redistribute bulk AMZM data, or use AMZM to build a competing dataset.
• Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, overload the service, or access other users' data.
• You are responsible for making sure your own use of Amazon, including the Browser Connector inside your browser, complies with Amazon's terms that apply to you.

5. Plans, billing and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed in pounds sterling, in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel or change plan at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• Fees already paid are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
• We may change prices or plan limits with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.

6. AI suggestions

Recommendations are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. They are not financial, legal or business advice. Decisions you make based on them are your own.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep AMZM running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service or that every scan succeeds. To the extent the law allows, AMZM is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death, personal injury or fraud.

8. Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time in Profile settings. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. We may also change or discontinue features, including if a data source becomes unavailable. If we discontinue a paid service, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes by email or in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
